SMT Assembly

Here at Manufacture Master, we can cater for all your manufacturing requirements from design and development of your concept, procurement right through to volume manufacturing.

We cater for a range of product topologies from conventional Thorough hole and mixed SMT/PTH assembly services, to high density/ complexity surface mount (SMT) population.

Manufacture Master offers 2 SMT assembly lines, both our mid and high-volume offerings consist of AVX500 fully automatic Screen printers offering optical alignment and paste in pad optical inspection to ensure quality prints are maintained to a high standard ever print.

Our mid volume line of Mirae pick and place robots consist of MPS1010, MPS1020C and MPS1020P + MPS40SU, this allows us to offer a capacity of 270 x 8mm feeder slots with 40 x matrix tray capacity with our shuttle unit this mix affords us greater flexibility of product and topologies allowing a break down of your product over 3 robots with a combined IPC placement rate of 74,000CPH.

Our high-volume line of Mirae pick and place robots consist of MPS1010C, 2x MPS1010αC, MPS1020QαC + MPS20TFU, this allows us to of a capacity of 315 x 8mm feeder slots with 20 x matrix tray capacity with increased changeover speed. In turn your product can be split over 4 robots with a combined IPC placement rate of 132,000 CPH giving you greater efficiency and cost reduction.

Over both manufacturing lines we capable of placing components from as small 0201 ~ 50x50mm Sq. with a placement accuracy from ±0.025mm.

We operate a Quad QCR 7 (Top & Bot) Heating zones and BTU Pyramax150 10+2 (Top & Bot) Heating zones with 2 dedicated cooling zones combined with a refrigeration plant for optimal thermal control.

All our PCBA’s go through a thorough inspection regime including automated optical Inspection (AOI), Visual check using digital microscopes and in house x-ray inspection followed by ATE/ Bench functional testing to your specification.

PTH Assembly

Manufacture Master can cater for all your Through Hole (PTH) requirements no matter how dense or complex a board maybe or whether it contains mix technologies or is prohibitively difficult to produce in volume.

Manufacture Master offers a full inline PTH service with a 6-cell inline insertion capacity allowing your product assembly to be split down into smaller insertion quantities and intern this increases throughput insertion speed, accuracy and reduces overall cost with the aid of inline AOI we ensure quality is built into every product.

Manufacture Master operate an inline 2 wave bath, solder reflow oven this ensures we can adequality solder a diverse range of board mixes and topologies including glued SMD devices.

In addition to our inline services, we also cater for traditional bench build assemblies using assembly jigs and our preferred JBC temperature-controlled solder Iron Stations which ensure we obtain optimal soldering performance.

Manufacture Master can also accommodate difficult to reflow PTH assemblies with our industry partners we can jig your product so it can be accommodated into our wave reflow oven increasing productively and quality.
