We are committed to supplying fully tested products to a high-quality standard, whether they are PCBA's, or fully finished products.
All products depending on specific requirements are manually tested requiring a high skill set and our team hold industry standard qualifications in electronics, we can offer a range of additional services from automated inspection, x-ray, ATE testing and programming to database entry of test statistics and front of house GUI for you to monitor and track quality.
Manufacture Master compile and develop test specification and workflows in house, to ensure the optimum test criteria and procedures are applied for each individual product.
We also design, build and test programming and testing jigs to meet clients’ specific requirements and throughput tact time on larger volume production runs.
CEM Repairs & Modifications
Manufacture Master provides a competitively priced and efficient in-house repair, rework, upgrade, and modification service for our clients wishing to outsource their returns process within a fixed time constraint.
Once we undertake your requirement you will receive an initial assessment report within 5 working days.
We aim is to complete any repairs within 14 days, (depending on part availability) and provide a comprehensive report and analysis back via our 8D and six sigma processes for our client’s continuous improvement regime.
