Our Client:
Leading Glazing Manufacturer
Background:
Our client had spent considerable investment in the underlying technology partnering up with leading LCD Laboratories to develop 3rd generation NPRLC film.
Through failure mode analysis they identified that reliance on 3rd party controller would hinder performance and life cycle of glazed unit.
Our Aim:
Design a controller that exceeds the expectations of the customer with IoT integration and cellular functionality incorporating RS2845 and RF accessibility in a form factor that is both functional and robust.
Our design team under our CEO leadership rose to the challenge and incorporated a sophisticated NXP Arm processor offering a compact architecture but still offering all the functionality that was required combined with a custom differential power supply all design in house.
This is a good example of our ability to produce a full turnkey solution from start to finish including software and web development tools all wrapped up in custom packaging design by our team
